Change Dynamics is a Human Capital Development Consultancy specialising in the field of change - working with both individuals and organisations - and the design of cost effective and practical interventions that are tailored to meet the needs of each client. 		Monique Stock Monique has 28 years experience in the design and facilitation of learning and change interventions across industries and sectors and at all levels within the South African and African context. She works with individuals and organisations to assist them in developing and transforming performance, facilitating change and meeting strategic and operational needs. She worked in the corporate world at operational and management levels for 16 years before opening her own consulting business twelve years ago. Her business consults to leading South African corporates, government departments, parastatals and educational institutions in the fields of personal and organisational change, talent management and human capital development. She has designed and facilitated a wide variety of leading edge interventions and is also a highly sought after life and business coach. She is currently writing a “how to” book on Emotional Intelligence. Monique holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Cape Town and is a master facilitator certified by Development Dimensions International (DDI) in USA. She is also an internationally trained and certified Practitioner, Master Practitioner and Trainer of Neuro Linguistic Programming, one of the fastest growing fields of applied psychology and most effective methodologies for personal change. In addition, she has been trained, certificated and licensed by Shelle Rose Charvet, the leading expert in the Language and Behaviour Profile (LAB Profile), as a consultant and trainer in LAB Profile. She lectures in the fields of communication, change management, leadership, management, personal mastery, emotional intelligence, conflict resolution and negotiation, stress management, coaching and mentoring and team enhancement at the Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS), University Pretoria.
